I was feeling comfortable during my appointment, the whole process was explained in detail, also the benefits of respecting all the steps necessary and all the after care being done properly. The stylist was truly proffesional, attentive and made feel relaxed and aware of all the steps needed. I was given all the information at all times and everything was done in a very nice and pleasant way with no pressure of any kind. I had my top up appointment today for my brows and I’m absolutely over the moon, they look amazing, Ausrine was wonderful, Ausrine explained everything again like my first appointment so I k ew what I could change if I wanted, very clean environment, end results are amazing, I’m so happy I found Pearl Beauty.
