Everything was explained throughly & time & effort was taken to get shape & colour match right & at every stage an explanation was given, including pigments used & equipment shown which would be used. I was made to feel very welcome & relaxed in a comfortable clean & tidy salon. It exceeded my expectations & Would highly recommend here
